About Ewan

Ewan has graduated from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland where he obtained a BA degree in Medicinal Chemistry. His dissertation was focused on the development of novel naphthalimide based Tröger's bases as DNA targeting molecules.

He is now pursuing research in the field of synthetic electrochemistry by undertaking a PhD at the University of Greenwich. His ambition is to explore and optimise a novel method in synthetic electrochemistry accessing otherwise difficult to achieve reactions and overall increasing the rate of known electrochemical reactions.
